Call for Submissions: 9th Annual Holiday Art Market!

It’s our favourite time of the year! Colborne Street Gallery is officially gearing up for our 9th Annual Holiday Art Market, and we want you to be a part of it. Every year this show gets bigger, livelier, and more fun!

We’re looking for unique, giftable fine art priced at $500 or less.

Pieces don’t need to be holiday-themed, just great art that someone would love to give or receive.

Submission Guidelines

Who Can Apply: Artists and makers working in any medium, format, or size.
What to Submit: Up to five (5) original, handmade pieces. Submissions must be your own original creation and not reproductions of other work.
Pricing: All work must be priced at $500 or under. Please note that the gallery takes a 50% commission on sales.

Key Dates

Application Deadline: Tuesday, October 7 at 9:00 PM
Artist Notifications: Tuesday, October 14 (Due to high volume, only accepted artists will be notified.)
Artwork Drop-Off: Thursday, October 29 to Saturday, October 31 (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily). Please deliver pieces wrapped and ready to display.
Opening Reception: Saturday, November 14 (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM). We hope to see you there!
Market Runs: Saturday, November 14 to Wednesday, December 23
Artwork Pick-Up: Tuesday, January 12 to Saturday, January 16 (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily)
